Career plans – Professional careers don't happen as in the past. Today, they are dynamic and, to preserve talent, companies must have benefit plans consistent with the current context and expectations. Returning to face-to-face work can encourage the implementation of changes in this regard.

Research carried out on the subject point to divergences between the options of returning to live in person and attending risk environments, showing emotional conflicts arising from the tensions produced by the pandemic in each one. Balancing safety, well-being, productivity and opportunity variables will be essential to arrive at the best solutions, according to the particularities of each company, team and business model. What is expected is that the experiences of the last almost two years – adjusted to the reality in which we move in this resumption and its undeniable pros and cons -, will be able to generate more versatile and healthier professionals and work environments.
