A Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma das \u00e1reas que mais cresce atualmente. Apesar disso, o mercado de trabalho n\u00e3o encontra m\u00e3o de obra qualificada. Segundo estudos, a raz\u00e3o do paradoxo estaria no fato de o meio digital se atualizar muito rapidamente, exigindo do profissional uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o constantemente atualizada, o que nem sempre acontece. A verdade \u00e9 que, como em todas as \u00e1reas, apenas com forma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica e treinamento pode-se compreender as possibilidades de um mercado que, frente a novas demandas, cria fun\u00e7\u00f5es que v\u00e3o muito al\u00e9m da programa\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de software. Hoje, o profissional de TI atua tamb\u00e9m na seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o; na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e processamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas; na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de trabalho e da qualidade de software; no suporte t\u00e9cnico, na administra\u00e7\u00e3o de redes, dentre outros servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n

A defasagem entre vagas e profissionais na \u00e1rea de tecnologia n\u00e3o \u00e9 um fato novo. J\u00e1 em 2020, relat\u00f3rio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Empresas de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (Brasscom) revelava que o Brasil formava 46 mil pessoas por ano, quando o mercado precisava de 70 mil. O mesmo relat\u00f3rio aponta que, at\u00e9 2024, a demanda por esses profissionais chegar\u00e1 a 421 mil. Para 2025, novos estudos estimam a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de 797 mil vagas no Brasil, das quais 530 mil n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o preenchidas por falta de profissionais capacitados. \u00a0O setor empresarial j\u00e1 se mobiliza no sentido de garantir a inclus\u00e3o da tecnologia em cursos t\u00e9cnicos e regulares e busca parcerias com universidades para incentivar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada de profissionais de TI. Outra via que vem sendo proposta pelas empresas \u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos internos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Se o cen\u00e1rio da m\u00e3o de obra da TI n\u00e3o \u00e9 novo, tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o \u00e9 transit\u00f3rio.
