O que fizemos em 2021, o que esperamos para 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

A despeito dos in\u00fameros desafios enfrentados nos dois \u00faltimos tempos e contrariando expectativas mais pessimistas, para a Sphere, 2021 foi um ano a ser comemorado. <\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00c9 ineg\u00e1vel o quanto fomos desafiados, mesmo atuando h\u00e1 mais de 20 anos segundo modelos de neg\u00f3cios consagrados e consolidados. \u00c9 indiscut\u00edvel o quanto tivemos de nos adaptar e nos reorganizar, enquanto aprend\u00edamos a lidar com as imposi\u00e7\u00f5es da pandemia. Nos esfor\u00e7amos dia a dia para que trabalhos iniciados ainda em 2020, de forma muito atenta e consciente, se traduzissem em decis\u00f5es acertadas que nos permitiram atravessar 2021 colhendo bons resultados. Crescemos dentro e durante a pandemia, por mais que isso pudesse surpreender.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 ineg\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m que tivemos de enfrentar e superar perdas e dores. A pandemia nos atingiu de perto, levando um de nossos colaboradores e fazendo com que todos sent\u00edssemos seus efeitos devastadores. Efeitos esses que nos aproximou e nos fez enxergar melhor quem somos enquanto profissionais e enquanto membros de fam\u00edlias singulares que vivenciavam as mesmas inseguran\u00e7as. Todo um contexto inesperado nos fez atentar para aspectos que ultrapassam o mundo dos neg\u00f3cios. Um mundo virtual, boa parte do tempo, mas nem por isso menos percept\u00edvel ou importante. A consci\u00eancia do coletivo nos sustentou. Quantas vit\u00f3rias s\u00f3 foram poss\u00edveis por conta da sabedoria que, juntos, tivemos de adquirir, nos amoldando a um contexto nunca antes visto! \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Nossas din\u00e2micas e nossas rotinas se transformaram, mas tamb\u00e9m nos uniram, trazendo resultados de desempenho e de supera\u00e7\u00e3o. Contraditoriamente, o\u00a0distanciamento provocado pela pandemia criou novos v\u00ednculos e demonstrou que intera\u00e7\u00e3o e acolhimento s\u00e3o vitais.<\/p>\n

De modo geral, o uso de recursos de tecnologia se tornou essencial para lidar com a pandemia e manter as empresas operando. Muitas migraram processos para o ambiente virtual, incrementando ou acelerando a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital. Internamente, foi preciso investir em equipamentos e recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos para continuar a atuar. A ado\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas de v\u00eddeo chamadas passaram a fazer parte do trabalho remoto, assim como o compartilhamento de arquivos e dados, s\u00f3 poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as \u00e0 computa\u00e7\u00e3o em nuvem. Planos de conting\u00eancia foram alterados, vulnerabilidades foram evidenciadas. As rela\u00e7\u00f5es humanas foram afetadas e novas habilidades e modelos de gest\u00e3o e lideran\u00e7a foram exigidos.<\/p>\n

Tudo isso foi vivenciado inexoravelmente por todos, por\u00e9m foi a quest\u00e3o humana que falou mais alto e fez com que empresas dispostas a uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o mais profunda pudessem, ao final de mais um ano, comemorar. O mundo corporativo voltou seu olhar para o trabalho colaborativo, para a responsabilidade social, para valores e a\u00e7\u00f5es menos individualizadas. A adapta\u00e7\u00e3o foi imperativa e melhor se saiu quem isso entendeu e a isso se amoldou. Causa e efeito, a\u00e7\u00e3o e rea\u00e7\u00e3o, muita reflex\u00e3o e aprendizado. E \u00e9 assim, seguindo esse posicionamento de quem sempre tem muito a aprender, que queremos trilhar o ano de 2022.
