A Covid-19 desestabilizou padr\u00f5es de conduta em todas as \u00e1reas, em especial, nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, quebrando conceitos tradicionais sobre produtividade. Hoje, ap\u00f3s quase dois anos de mudan\u00e7as intensas, o avan\u00e7o da vacina\u00e7\u00e3o abre caminho para a volta gradual de atividades em espa\u00e7os coletivos.<\/p>\n

As mudan\u00e7as impostas pela pandemia mostraram lados distintos. Se para uns a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao home office<\/em> foi quase imediata, para outros a dificuldade de se estabelecer limites entre vida pessoal e profissional foi quase incontorn\u00e1vel. Especialistas aconselham maior flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rios e de condutas para que \u2013 ap\u00f3s a experi\u00eancia do home office<\/em>, em tese, mais livre \u2013 os profissionais se amoldem \u00e0s novas regras e se sintam confort\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

Programas de benef\u00edcios \u2013 Ap\u00f3s seguidas adapta\u00e7\u00f5es a novos modelos, especialistas sugerem que sejam intensificados os contatos entre profissionais que se conhecem apenas virtualmente ou que estiveram por meses afastados, e que se estudem novos programas de relacionamento e outros tipos de incentivo.<\/p>\n

Planos de carreira \u2013 Carreiras profissionais n\u00e3o acontecem mais como no passado. Hoje, elas s\u00e3o din\u00e2micas e, para preservar talentos, as empresas devem ter planos de benef\u00edcios condizentes com o contexto e as expectativas atuais. A volta ao trabalho presencial pode incentivar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de mudan\u00e7as nesse sentido.<\/p>\n

Pesquisas realizadas sobre o assunto apontam diverg\u00eancias entre as op\u00e7\u00f5es de voltar a conviver presencialmente e a frequentar ambientes de risco, pondo \u00e0 mostra conflitos emocionais decorrentes das tens\u00f5es produzidas pela pandemia em cada um. Equilibrar vari\u00e1veis de seguran\u00e7a, bem-estar, produtividade e oportunidades ser\u00e1 essencial para se chegar \u00e0s melhores solu\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com as particularidades de cada empresa, equipe e modelo de neg\u00f3cio.
