Trabalho H\u00edbrido no p\u00f3s-pandemia. Por qu\u00ea?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estudos mostram que o trabalho no p\u00f3s-pandemia ser\u00e1 h\u00edbrido, conectado e ter\u00e1 como grandes desafios a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da produtividade, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre lideran\u00e7as e equipes e o fortalecimento da cultura empresarial.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Segundo o IBGE, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do home office durante a pandemia, j\u00e1 em maio de 2020, 44% das empresas tinham definido suas pol\u00edticas de trabalho. Em novembro de 2020, 7,3 milh\u00f5es de brasileiros – ou, 9,1% dos trabalhadores -, atuavam remotamente, numa adapta\u00e7\u00e3o quase imediata \u00e0s restri\u00e7\u00f5es de isolamento impostas pelo covid-19. Entre os profissionais com n\u00edvel de escolaridade superior completo, este \u00edndice atingiu 28,7%.<\/p>\n

A pandemia determinou novas regras de conviv\u00eancia e novos modelos de trabalho que foram adotados simultaneamente ao aprendizado de uma nova realidade. Ap\u00f3s um ano de crise, no entanto, a despeito das vantagens e desvantagens do home-office, j\u00e1 se cogitava a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um formato h\u00edbrido e flex\u00edvel como algo favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 produtividade e \u00e0 economia. Esse formato hibrido, que alterna per\u00edodos de trabalho presencial e home office \u2013 ou outro lugar com conectividade \u2013 foi apontado pela totalidade dos entrevistados pela MIT Technology Review Brasil como o mais indicado para preservar a conviv\u00eancia entre colegas do mundo corporativo, vista como essencial por todas as faixas et\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

Para as empresas, nem tudo est\u00e1 definido pois, embora de in\u00edcio o home office tenha sido uma op\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica, n\u00e3o se sabe quais ser\u00e3o as determina\u00e7\u00f5es legais e jur\u00eddicas sobre suas responsabilidades quanto ao suprimento de equipamentos e conectividade para os colaboradores, situa\u00e7\u00e3o hoje contornada de modos variados pelas empresas, com custos nem sempre arcados por elas. A se confirmar a tend\u00eancia, o Brasil ter\u00e1 de aprovar uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, para salvaguardar direitos trabalhistas, garantir estabilidade aos profissionais, assim como para definir direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das partes.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 certo que o home office traz para os trabalhadores maior economia de tempo e de custos com mobilidade, maior flexibilidade de hor\u00e1rio, mas tamb\u00e9m alguma dificuldade com a falta de conviv\u00eancia, o isolamento for\u00e7ado, a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00e3o fazer parte de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, quest\u00f5es essas que a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um formato h\u00edbrido certamente ameniza. Mas al\u00e9m das in\u00fameras quest\u00f5es que qualquer mudan\u00e7a gera, a grande maioria ainda se pergunta: por qu\u00ea? Por que n\u00e3o voltar ao que existia antes se o home office surgiu como recurso emergencial e n\u00e3o propriamente como resultado de uma busca? Uma das respostas mais imediatas \u00e9 o fato de a pandemia ter mostrado ser poss\u00edvel\u00a0<\/strong>trabalhar remotamente com boa produtividade. Se alguns obst\u00e1culos surgiram, n\u00e3o foram eles suficientes para se descartar o home office, mas, antes, para se buscar um equil\u00edbrio entre modelos, especialmente para os setores que melhor se adaptam aos recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n

Mudam as circunst\u00e2ncias e os homens. S\u00e3o outras as expectativas do mundo p\u00f3s-pandemia. Assim, empresas adaptam suas culturas, criam novos modelos, num movimento que vem sendo chamado de \u201cNews Ways of Working\u201d<\/em> (NWoW) visando beneficiar empregados e empregadores, priorizando mais liberdade de escolhas, menos rigidez.\u00a0Seria essa a forma de se atingir a produtividade t\u00e3o sonhada?\u00a0 Seria a flexibilidade um recurso eficaz para a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos, para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de novas carreiras?\u00a0 Respostas definitivas ainda n\u00e3o chegaram. Tudo, desde a pandemia, \u00e9 tentativa, ensaio, mas n\u00e3o necessariamente erro. Existe sempre a possibilidade de as experi\u00eancias desenharem novos atalhos e produzirem mudan\u00e7as positivas. Mudan\u00e7as que envolvem lideres, gestores e colaboradores em igual medida para que o resultado seja favor\u00e1vel para todos.<\/p>\n
