Hoje, na \u00e1rea profissional de TI e em v\u00e1rias outras, h\u00e1 uma dificuldade enorme na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o de obra qualificada e, depois, no engajamento e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dessa m\u00e3o de obra. Este \u00e9 um grande desafio para as empresas, uma vez que o engajamento est\u00e1 diretamente ligado \u00e0 qualidade dos servi\u00e7os e \u00e0 conquista de certifica\u00e7\u00f5es importantes. Diante disso, empresas questionam quais a\u00e7\u00f5es devem tomar para manter suas equipes unidas e felizes, a ponto de n\u00e3o sa\u00edrem em busca de novas oportunidades no mercado. Questionam, ainda, como alinhar interesses distintos de modo a produzir rela\u00e7\u00f5es positivas. Querendo respostas, realizam a\u00e7\u00f5es que visam engajar pessoas, mas que nem sempre se mostram suficientes, refor\u00e7ando o desafio.<\/p>\n

Comumente, define-se engajamento como o ato de se empenhar numa causa. Ele n\u00e3o depende s\u00f3 da empresa, mas tamb\u00e9m do colaborador, que deve estar sintonizado com: a cultura – valores que norteiam a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa no dia a dia; a lideran\u00e7a \u2013 capaz de inspirar, incentivar e valorizar equipes; o prop\u00f3sito \u2013 investimento de tempo e esfor\u00e7o do colaborador, ciente do seu valor no processo produtivo; os feedbacks – conversas frequentes sobre rotinas, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas; a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna – canais de contato que melhoram relacionamentos e d\u00e3o acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es, cr\u00edticas e sugest\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Muito se fala sobre a import\u00e2ncia de os colaboradores terem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel com o trabalho e do quanto a produtividade aumenta quando tudo est\u00e1 em harmonia. Mas vale lembrar que os colaboradores possuem diferentes personalidades, necessidades e sentimentos.
