O resultado de uma oferta de servi\u00e7o nem sempre \u00e9 regular ou previs\u00edvel como costuma acontecer com uma oferta de produto. Isso faz com que a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de sua qualidade ocorra, unicamente, atrav\u00e9s de uma experi\u00eancia. Na vis\u00e3o de especialistas, \u00e9 no momento que o cliente experimenta o servi\u00e7o que ele assume um posicionamento, favor\u00e1vel ou n\u00e3o.
