Acessibilidade – promover o contato entre funcion\u00e1rios, consultores, equipes e departamentos e definir quais tecnologias ser\u00e3o utilizadas. Proximidade – manter discuss\u00f5es di\u00e1rias, dar feedback aos funcion\u00e1rios e permitir que eles compartilhem alguns fatos pessoais, aumentando o elo entre gestores e equipes. Infraestrutura \u2013 oferecer ferramentas para organizar o planejamento, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho, a produtividade e as entregas.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m do Boston Consulting Group, em parceria com a\u00a0Microsoft<\/a>, o relat\u00f3rio\u00a0\u201c<\/em>Remote Working and the Platform of the Future<\/em><\/a>\u201d<\/em> que avalia o impacto da pandemia no modelo de trabalho tradicional, a partir de entrevistas com cerca de 1.500 gestores e 7.500 colaboradores de 15 pa\u00edses europeus. De acordo com o estudo,\u00a0o primeiro passo<\/strong>\u00a0para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma plataforma de trabalho remoto \u00e9 a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de como ele ser\u00e1 realizado. O segundo passo \u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo eficaz, visto que a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de que cerca de 47% dos colaboradores trabalhem remotamente nos pr\u00f3ximos dois a tr\u00eas anos. O terceiro passo envolve a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura organizacional e dos estilos de lideran\u00e7a \u00e0 nova realidade. E o quarto, a formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas e rotinas adequadas, a partir do uso de ferramentas combinadas capazes de criar um local de trabalho digital \u00fanico. \u00a0<\/p>\n
