Desafios e preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es com ataques cibern\u00e9ticos em per\u00edodo de home office<\/strong><\/p>\n

A pandemia da COVID19 desencadeou uma s\u00e9rie de mudan\u00e7as sem que se tivesse tempo para planejamentos e alterando para todos a perspectiva de futuro. A imposi\u00e7\u00e3o do isolamento social como medida protetiva fez surgir como solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a continuidade dos neg\u00f3cios a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho remoto. No entanto, se atividades essenciais foram mantidas, o home office revelou entraves de infraestrutura, de modelos de neg\u00f3cios e de planejamento para o novo contexto e trouxe para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es novos desafios e preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionados \u00e0 a seguran\u00e7a de dados, visto o aumento significativo de golpes digitais observado. A falta de um controle direto dos departamentos de TI, os diferentes endere\u00e7os dos funcion\u00e1rios, diferentes dispositivos de IoT usados em suas resid\u00eancias (smartphones, videogames, TV etc.), com senhas de acesso simples e unificadas para redes de Wi-FI, j\u00e1 delineiam um cen\u00e1rio de vulnerabilidade. Prova disso s\u00e3o as in\u00fameras fraudes realizadas a partir do uso da palavra\u00a0coronavirus<\/strong>\u00a0para atrair os usu\u00e1rios, tais como o\u00a0phishing<\/em>\u00a0, o\u00a0vishing<\/em>, o\u00a0smishing<\/em>\u00a0e o\u00a0pretexting.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dentre as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es mais frequentes para aumentar a seguran\u00e7a da TI durante os per\u00edodos de home office est\u00e3o o uso de VPNs para acesso a dados corporativos; a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o em dois fatores para acesso a redes internas, a criptografia do disco, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante de antiv\u00edrus e antispam, o uso de vers\u00f5es recentes de navegadores, de e-mails seguros e solu\u00e7\u00f5es de aplicativos em nuvem. Al\u00e9m dessas medidas, \u00e9 importante que as equipes continuem seguindo as diretrizes do setor de TI e relatem quaisquer fatos suspeitos.<\/p>\n
